Relegation threatened Marumo Gallants came from behind to play a 1-all draw with Richards Bay at the Dr. Petrus Molemela Stadium , in Bloemfontein, but despite the draw Gallants are still second from the bottom.
The visitors took the lead in the opening stages of the match through an own goal scored by Marumo defender Marvin Sikhosana in the 10th minute. Richards Bay were the better side in the opening half as they enjoyed more ball possession.
Marumos performance improved in the second half and found the equaliser through Bheki Mabuza in the 59th minute.
