Manchester City and Egypt star Omar Marmoush recently expressed his elation at the Citizens reaching the final of the Carabao Cup following their 5-1 aggregate win over Newcastle at the Etihad on Wednesday night.
While City went into the second-leg with a 2-0 advantage, Marmoush ended the game with a brace to his name with Tijjani Reijnders getting his name on the scoresheet as well.
Reflecting on the result, Marmoush mentioned that City showcased their winning mentality and that he is excited at the prospect of winning silverware this season.
