New signing Bryan Mbeumo is set to taste action for the first time since joining Manchester United for 71million against Everton in a pre-season Friendly, Softfootball reports.
The 25-year-old scored 20 goals and provided seven assists last season. He was linked to other teams which champions League football and former manager Thomas Frank tried to lure him to his new club, Tottenham Hotspur but he waited patiently for United to agree a deal with Brentford for his service after seven weeks of negotiations.
Mbeumo and fellow new signing Matheus Cunha missed the Mancunians 4-1 demolition of Bournemouth during the Premier League Summer Series but are expected to return on Sunday.
Ruben Amorims men also beat West Ham United 2-1 in the pre-season competition and a draw against the Toffees will see them win it all.
The match against Everton will be Manchester Uniteds first-ever in Georgia, as it takes place in the city of Atlanta, at the state-of-the-art Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
After Manchester United beat the Hammers in the United States, Amorim was asked by Manchester Uniteds official club media , when Mbeumo would make his debut and he suggested the final game in the Summer Series which is against Everton.

The game against Everton will be a reunion against David Moyes. The Scottish Coach replaced Sir Alex Ferguson after he retired from football but was sacked after 10 months.
In contrast to Manchester Uniteds pre-season, Everton has endured a poor run, winning just one against Port Vale 2-1, while losing to Blackburn, Bournemouth and West Ham.
Moyes will be without the services of Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Abdoulaye Doucoure and Ashley Young as they left as free agents at the end of June.
