Xavi Simons is seem to be taking all the laws into his hands regarding his proposed move from Leipzig to Chelsea this summer. Softfootball understands that Chelsea have approached Leipzig for the Dutch midfielder.
There had been o pening negotiations and discussion between all parties involved and it does seem the club fee agreement has not reached any stage yet although there seem to be a satisfying feeling among all parties.
