Former minister Dr Malusi Gigaba has confirmed that he is set to face charges linked to procurement activities state-owned enterprise SOE Transnet.
In a statement on Friday morning 7 November, Gigaba said the National Prosecuting Authority NPA had informed him that he was required to attend court on 7 November 2025.
