The East London Magistrates Court in the Eastern Cape is expected to deliver judgment in the case against Economic Freedom Fighters EFF leader Julius Malema and his former bodyguard Adriaan Snyman.
Malema is facing charges of discharging a firearm in public during the EFFs 5th anniversary celebrations at Sisa Dukashe Stadium in Mdantsane in 2018.
On the other hand, Snyman is accused of unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition.
