Communications and Digital Technologies Minister Solly Malatsi will appear before Parliaments Portfolio Committee on Communications today.
He is expected to explain, among others, the newly gazetted Information and Communication Technology ICT policy directive.
Malatsis proposed policy directive has caused outrage in some quarters, prompting the committee to call him to explain it in detail.
Besides this matter, Members of Parliament are also expected to discuss the South African Broadcasting Corporation's SABC debt to signal distributor, Sentech.
