President Cyril Ramaphosa will not release the Madlanga commissions interim report because some witnesses have not completed their testimonies.
However, the President will release the final report, his spokesperson Vincent Magwenya confirmed at a media briefing on Monday 15 December.
The commission, chaired by retired Constitutional Court justice Mbuyiseli Madlanga, is investigating allegations of criminality, political interference and corruption in the criminal justice system.
