Former Free State Premier Ace Magashule says the postponements in the R255 million asbestos corruption case have drained the pockets of the accused.
Magashule was speaking following their appearance in the Free State High Court in Bloemfontein.
The former premier says former Human Settlement MEC, Olly Mlamleli, has approached Legal Aid for assistance, but did not pass the means test.
