The Judicial Commission of Inquiry into Criminality, Political Interference and Corruption in the Criminal Justice System has postponed the start of its hearings, citing delays in the procurement of vital infrastructure.
The commission is chaired by former Deputy Chief Justice Mbuyiseli Madlanga and was set to hold its first hearing on 1 September 2025.
