Madlanga Commission of Inquiry Spokesperson Jeremy Michaels says they have been engaging North West businessman and alleged African National Congress ANC fixer, Brown Mogotsi, on his safety.
This after Mogotsis vehicle was involved in a shooting incident in Vosloorus in Gauteng on Monday night.
Mogotsi has not yet appeared before the commission, but a number of witnesses have implicated him in criminal activities .
