Madagascar Launches Free 15-month Training Program For 1,300 Youth In Digital Sector

On January 23, 2026, the ASANAI program officially opened applications for young Malagasy seeking training and professional integration in the digital sector. The initiative is designed to strengthen skills, improve employment opportunities, and enhance the contribution of digital technology to Madagascar's national economy.

The program offers completely free training to 1,300 young participants over a period of 15 months, divided into four cohorts. The first cohort includes 280 selected participants, who will gradually be integrated into partner companies starting from the third month of training. Experienced participants may receive immediate professional integration into the workforce.

ASANAI aligns its curriculum with current and future labor market needs, aiming to promote sustainable employment in digital and business process outsourcing BPO sectors. Partner companies include Intelcia, Konecta, Connecteo, and Concentrix, where trainees will directly enter the job market.
