The trial of six men accused of the murder of 18 people at Ngobozana villag e in Lusikisiki in the Eastern Cape is expected to resume on Tuesday.
One of the accused who turned state witness, Lwando Abi, will continue to be cross-examined by accused number twos defence attorney when the trial resumes in the Mthatha High Court special sitting in Lusikisiki.
Accused number two, Aphiwe Ndendes lawyer, Mawande Nokhwali, took Abi through his evidence-in-chief, where Abi told the court that upon seeing his photo on social media as being wanted by the police, he approached his police friend, Anele Madotyeni, in order for him to accompany him to hand himself over to the police.
