According to popular football analyst Ally McCoist, Liverpool should dive into the market for Nigerian powerhouse Victor Osimhen ahead of the 2025/26 Premier League campaign.
The prolific striker has been linked with the likes of Arsenal and Manchester United in the last couple of weeks, with both sides keen on bolstering their striking department before the new season.
Osimhen also attracted interest from the Saudi Pro League, however, the Galatasaray forward rejected the lucrative opportunity in favour of staying in Europe.
Nonetheless, according to McCoist, Osimhen would be perfect for Liverpool, who could well make changes to their attack line before the new campaign commences.
I think Osimhen would be absolutely perfect at somewhere like Liverpool, McCoist told TalkSport, as per Empire of the Kop .
