The bail application of a Limpopo police officer and her co-accused, charged with killing nine people for insurance payouts , will resume at the Polokwane Magistrates Court today.
Sergeant Rachel Kutumela, her sister Anna Shokane and her daughter, Florah Shokane, have been charged with nine counts of murder and several other charges of insurance fraud amounting to R10 million.
Captain Keshi Mabunda is expected to testify and oppose the bail application.
During the trios last court appearance, Mabunda reiterated that they deliberately took accidental cover on the nine people they stand accused of killing.
Some of the victims were found dead under mysterious circumstances.
