The recent floods in Limpop o have left a trail of destruction, with deaths and damage to homes and infrastructure . The most affected places are in the Mopani, Vhembe, and Sekhukhune districts.
Flood victims are trying to rebuild their homes.
In Tswinga village near Thohoyandou, two people who were in a bakkie were swept away while trying to cross a submerged bridge. A five-year-old boy was also swept away and over 40 houses flattened in Mbaula village outside Giyani.
