The lawyer for the third accused in the murder trial of a Limpopo pig farmer, and his former employees, has argued that the farmer and the former farm supervisor, who has turned state witness planned to lie to the court in an attempt to evade prosecution.
Accused three, William Musoras lawyer, Desmond Nonyane, is cross-examining state witness, Rudolph De Wet, in the Polokwane High Court.
De Wet, his former employer Zacharia Olivier, and Musora are on trial for the alleged murder of two women and the disposal of their remains in a pigsty.
