Barcelona manager, Hansi Flick, has suggested that Xabi Alonso was sacked as Real Madrid manager because the players and the club's hierarchy did not trust him.
He said the Spanish coach is still one of the best and hopes for the best for him in his next job.
Speaking to the media before the Copa del Rey game against Real Racing Club, Flick said he did not want to get into the reasons Alonso was sacked.
