The Eastern Cape Agriculture MEC, Nonceba Kontsiwe has recognised women in the sector at the Womens Entrepreneur Awards in East London.
The awards recognise Women in Agriculture who are contributing to economic development and job creation in the province.
Kontsiwe says they are working tirelessly to increase womens participation in the male-dominated sector.
