Ford Motor Company of Southern Africa has confirmed that adjustments to its manufacturing operations could lead to 470 job losses.
The cuts could affect workers at both the Struandale Engine Plant in Gqeberha and the Silverton Assembly Plant in Pretoria.
The company says in a statement the changes are part of their ongoing efforts to optimise production and respond to evolving market demands.
