The trial of alleged underworld crime boss Jerome Booysen and 11 co-accused has been postponed to next year in the Western Cape High Court.
They face charges relating to the murder of alleged steroid smuggler Brian Wainstein in 2017 and charges related to the Prevention of Organised Crime Act.
Two of the accused, Mark Lifman and Andre Naude, have since been killed during the course of the trial. While another co accused, Kamal Kishor Naidoo is on Interpol red list.
