The trial of 32-year-old Tiffany Meek, accused of killing her 11-year-old son, Jayden-Lee , is expected to resume in the Johannesburg High Court on Wednesday morning.
Meek faces several charges, including crimen injuria and attempting to defeat the ends of justice. The state has since withdrawn the charge of child abuse, citing insufficient evidence.
Jayden-Lees body was discovered next to a stairway at a residential complex in Fleurhof, where he lived with his mother.
