The Head of the Investigating Directorate Against Corruption IDAC Advocate Andrea Johnson has defended one of the investigators for being unable to do his work.
This relates to allegations made by KwaZulu-Natal Police Commissioner Lt-General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi in Parliament that the investigator concerned was prevented to access crime intelligence information for an investigation he was doing.
Johnson is testifying before Parliaments Ad Hoc Committee investigating allegations of criminal infiltration, corruption and political interference in the justice system.
