Hyatt has announced plans to bring its Hyatt Regency brand to Zambia with the signing of Hyatt Regency Lusaka The Pamodzi.
Currently operating as The Pamodzi Hotel, the five-star property will undergo an extensive refurbishment while remaining open and is expected to reopen under the Hyatt Regency brand in 2026. The project marks Hyatts first branded property in Zambia, expanding the companys footprint in Africa.
Located in the Zambian capital, Hyatt Regency Lusaka The Pamodzi will feature 170 guest rooms and suites along with meeting and event spaces catering to large-scale conferences and smaller gatherings.
