The Human Rights Commission HRC will, on Monday morning, release a report following its investigations regarding scholar transport in the North West.
The commission started its probe into scholar transport last year.
This followed endless complaints about unroadworthy buses, learners missing school time when buses did not pitch, non-payment of service providers by the government, amongst others.
