The Minister of the Department of Human Settlements Thembi Simelane says she is concerned about the shortfall of the targets they set in housing delivery as government.
The Minister tabled her departments R27 billion budget earlier Wednesday in Parliament.
Simelane says they have only managed to achieve about 23 000 housing units in the past financial year.
