Zomerlust Boutique Hotel has reopened on Paarls Main Road following an extensive restoration project. Dating back to 1792, the historic property has been restored and converted into a 15-room luxury hotel.
It has retained many of its original elements, including gardens and a library.
The hotel is also home to SMEUL, a restaurant led by award-winning chef Kevin Grobler , featuring open-flame cooking and wood-burning stoves. Lunch and dinner are served daily to hotel guests and the public. The venue includes private dining space.
