The paternal grandparents of two-year-old, who went missing in May, are expected to appear before the Mahwelereng Magistrates Court on Monday.
52-year-old Vinolia Mabuela and 55-year-old Jacob Ledwaba are facing charges of child neglect after the toddler disappeared while under their care.
