On Monday, December 8, 2025, a meeting was held under the chairmanship of Charles Obame Ondo, Chief of Cabinet for the Minister of Social Affairs and Disabled Inclusion. The session brought together key ministry officials, including Rezilia Ompouna Nina Epse Aganga, Central Director of Computer Services, technical advisers, and representatives of the J Y Consulting Cabinet, led by Jacques Junior MVE Nkouele.
During the meeting, J Y Consulting presented a state-of-the-art digital solution designed to transform the management of social aid in Gabon. The system is expected to improve the identification of beneficiaries, enhance the reliability and traceability of benefits, optimize administrative processes through a centralized platform, and strengthen the ministry's statistical analysis capacity to guide public policy decisions.
