The Nigeria Football Federation NFF has sent their condolences to Fulham star, Samuel Chukwueze following the death of his mother, Sarah in the early hours of Thursday, 29th January 2026, Softfootball reports.
The news sent Nigeria football into mourning and his club was not left out as they sent their deepest condolences to Chukwueze who scored in Fulham's 2-1 victory over Brighton after he returned from the Africa Cup of Nations AFCON.
Chukwueze is loved in London and during the Africa Cup of Nations, Fulham fans from Ireland traveled to Morocco to show support to him and his Cottager teammates, Calvin Bassey and Alex Iwobi in the Nigerian team.
