Fresco Secures 15m to Scale Its AI-Powered Kitchen Platform

Fresco has raised 15 million in fresh Series C funding. The company builds smart cooking experiences for leading appliance brands. The round includes new investment from Samuel Dennigan, Barry Napier and Tyler Hu. Existing backers Middleby, ACT Venture Capital, AE Ventures, Morpheus Ventures and Alsop Louie Partners also joined.

The raise comes at a time when the smart kitchen appliance market is growing fast. It is projected to reach nearly USD 60 billion by 2030. Yet most appliance brands still struggle to personalise cooking at scale. Fresco aims to fill that gap with its cross-brand platform.

The capital will accelerate development of the AI Cooking Companion. It is a personalised digital sous chef. It guides home cooks through real-time steps. It recommends recipes. It syncs intelligently with appliances. It works through screens or voice. It also adapts to the user as they cook.
