Football Manager Andile Ncobo, Wife To Appear In Western Cape Court

General Manager of the Premier Soccer League and former international referee Andile Ncobo and his wife are expected to appear in the Bellville Magistrates Court in the Western Cape on Monday.

They are facing fraud and money laundering charges for allegedly embezzling millions of rand for a project in the Eastern Cape.

Hawks spokesperson Zinzi Hani says the couple allegedly submitted proposals with forged trust deeds and donor documentation.

This created a false impression that a non-registered entity was a legitimate channel for school development.

Hani says R13 000 was deposited in the entitys bank account, which the suspects controlled.
