FNB has announced its annual price adjustments for various accounts effective 1 July 2025, with applicable increases aligning with inflation and averaging 4 percent.

In a statement on Monday 2 June, the bank also said it had expanded its eBucks Rewards programme, including Clicks Clinic vouchers of up to R120 for Easy and Easy Bundle customers.

"The changes are consistent with our efforts to meet the individual, family, and business needs of our customers by offering them excellent value in all economic conditions, FNBs CEO of Personal Core Banking Christelle Pretorius said.

Highlights of the changes include:

  • Fusion Private Clients fees remain unchanged.
  • FNBy Next continues to offer fee-free banking within a family banking profile.
  • Real-time payments for FNB Easy PAYU customers have been cut by 43 from R8 to just R3.50 per transaction.
  • EasyZero account remains free no monthly account fee, with unlimited card swipes.
  • Cash withdrawal caps have been removed for Easy Zero, PayU and Youth accounts, replaced with a simplified flat fee structure.
  • Streamlined fees for Send Money transactions.

"Our updated bundles make payments easy to understand, include real-time payment options and offer everyday rewards and bundles designed around how our customers live, Pretorius explained.

Expanded eBucks Rewards

Some customers will get additional eBucks Rewards benefits as follows:

FNB Easy and Easy Bundle customers

These customers will continue to get monthly grocery vouchers of up to R100 at Pick n Pay, the bank said.

Customers can now access affordable healthcare services through Clicks Clinic vouchers of up to R120 and receive free monthly WhatsApp messaging via their FNB Connect SIM, it added.

FNB Easy customers also continue to access everyday staples like bread at just 99c per loaf at Pick n Pay, significantly easing day-to-day expenses.

Aspire customers

The R1,500 Boost My Rewards benefit gets additional enhancements, including an FNB Connect smartphone or a Superbalist shoe voucher.
