Police say a five-member team will leave this Saturday for Paris, France, after the death earlier this week of Ambassador Nathi Mthethwa .
They say the deployment will not affect the repatriation process for Mthethwa.
The police have confirmed the team is being deployed to assist French authorities with their investigation into the ambassadors death.
