Softfootball confirms that the proposed transfers of N'Golo Kante to Fenerbahce and Youssef En-Nesyri to Al Ittihad are officially off after FIFA rejected appeals from both clubs. The decisions were reached after documentation issues prevented the deals from receiving clearance through the Transfer Matching System TMS.
Despite verbal agreements being in place, the required documents were submitted at the very last minute, and no approval was granted. As a result, both Fenerbahce and Al Ittihad were unable to secure the necessary green light from FIFA , forcing the clubs to abandon the moves entirely. The development was confirmed by transfer expert Fabrizio Romano on his official X handle .
