Fair Trade Tourism FTT has launched a digital library offering free, open-access educational resources for the tourism industry. The new hub compiles existing materials from a range of partners to improve accessibility and awareness of sustainability and fair work tools within the sector.
The initiative builds on earlier research conducted in partnership with the Roundtable Human Rights in Tourism, which funded the development of the platform.
Speaking during a recent webinar on human rights in tourism, Grace Stead , FTT General Manager, said: As part of the assessment, it was recognised that resources are available specifically for the tourism industry but how does one actually go about making sure people know about them?
