As gang-related crime tightens its grip on Cape Town, a suspected gang fight claimed a life and wounded two others on the premises of Athlone Magistrates Court just before 10am on Friday, reports Cape town Etc .
According to police spokesperson Brigadier Novela Potelwa, the 30-year-old man was entering the gate of the court when he came under attack. He sustained gunshot wounds to the back and head. The unknown gunman fled the scene shortly after.
