The Government of Eswatini has launched Cybersecurity Awareness Month under the theme "Secure Eswatini, Be Safe Online Asichumane Siphephile," with a strong call for nationwide collaboration in protecting the country's digital ecosystem.
The initiative highlights cybersecurity as a shared national responsibility that underpins Eswatini's security, economic resilience, and social well-being. The campaign aims to mobilize government institutions, businesses, schools, and communities to adopt safer digital practices, enhance cyber awareness, and build long-term digital literacy.
The government's approach emphasizes partnership across sectors-working with educational institutions to strengthen digital skills, with private businesses to reinforce cyber defences, and with local communities to raise awareness and protect vulnerable groups.
