After Manchester United beat Arsenal 3-2 at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday, Gary Neville has told the Red Devils interim manager, Michael Carrick, to be ready to pass on the coaching role to someone with more experience.
However, he commended the former midfielder for the efforts he has made since taking on the role of interim head coach during a challenging period for the club.
He mentioned that regardless of where the Red Devils finish in the season, they should hire a top manager like Thomas Tuchel or Carlo Ancelotti for the next season.
