Manchester United legend, Wayne Rooney has named the best signing of the season in the Premier League.
Several players including Florian Wirtz, Alexander Isak and Granit Xhaka joined different Premier League clubs during the summer transfer window.
But according to Rooney, Xhakas summer move to Sunderland was the best signing of the English top-flight league season.
