Former Manchester United assistant manager, Rene Meulensteen, has tipped Michael Carrick to replace Ruben Amorim as the clubs manager.
He also said that former Red Devils boss, Jose Mourinho could be in line to return to the club.
Meulensteen believes that Carrick, who has once served as interim manager at Old Trafford, might be the obvious option' should the Red Devils sack Amorim.
