The second ODI of the series between Pakistan Women PAK W and South Africa Women SA W will be played at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore on Friday, September 19.The first ODI ended in defeat for the home team.
Pakistan came into bat first after winning the toss. Contributions from Muneeba Ali 76 and a sublime ton by Sidra Amin 121 helped the hosts post 255/4 in their allotted 50 overs. For South Africa, Ayabonga Khaka ended with two wickets, and Tumi Sekhukhune chipped in with one.
Meanwhile, in the chase, the visitors looked in complete control, thanks to unbeaten centuries from Tazmin Brits 101 and Marizanne Kapp 120. The duo stitched a match-winning stand of 216 to hand their team an eight-wicket win.
