Ex-England striker, Michael Owen, claims that Liverpool and Manchester City are the two teams that would have stopped Arsenal from winning the Premier League title this season.
Speaking on talkSPORT, Owen said that the two rivals have semi-handed it to Mikel Artetas men.
City currently sitting in second place on the table, six points behind the Gunners.
