Chelsea boss, Enzo Maresca has suggested three Premier League midfielders who are on the same level as Moises Caicedo and Declan Rice.
Maresca spoke at his pre-match press conference ahead of Chelseas Premier League clash with Arsenal on Sunday.
According to the Italian, Manchester Citys Rodri, Nottingham Forests Elliot Anderson, and Newcastle Uniteds Bruno Guimaraes are as good as both Rice and Caicedo.
