Chelsea have agreed a deal to sign Yisa Alao from Sheffield United.
The Premier League club will pay an initial fee of 500,000 plus add-ons for the 17-year-old fullback.
The Blues have beaten at least three of their rivals to land Alao, as they continue to stockpile young talents.
