Elangeni Technical and Vocational Education and Training College has launched its Artisan and Skills Development Centre in Inchanga, KwaZulu-Natal, with a renewable energy training centre and photovoltaic PV workshop.
The launch was attended by Higher Education and Training Deputy Minister Nomusa Dube-Ncube .
The centre was developed through a partnership between Elangeni, the Department of Higher Education and Training, the Energy and Water Sector Education and Training Authority and the Chinese Culture and International Education Exchange Centre.
