The Economic Freedom Fighters EFF has called for the arrest of the head of the National Director of Public Prosecution NDPP Advocate Shamila Batohi, accusing her of defeating the ends of justice following the decision not to prosecute President Cyril Ramaphosa or anyone in relation to the Phala Phala case.
This stems from the 2022 criminal complaint laid by the former head of the State Security Agency Arthur Fraser after the theft of half a million US dollars in cash from the presidents farm .
