A 24-year-old woman has been taken into custody in Oudtshoorn after police discovered drugs with an estimated street value of R620 000 at her home, Cape town Etc reports.
The arrest took place on Wednesday, 10 December, during a Safer Festive Season operation aimed at disrupting drug trafficking ahead of the busy holiday period, as per Cape Town news.
Police confirmed that the woman is facing a charge of dealing in drugs following the seizure.
