The scholar transport driver who was involved in a crash in which 12 learners were killed in Vanderbijlpark, Johannesburg, is expected to appear in a local magistrates court on Wednesday.
The 22-year-old man is facing 12 counts of culpable homicide as well as reckless and negligent driving.
Three learners are still in hospital following the crash, which happened on Monday.
