Delta will add 30 new Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner widebody aircraft to its fleet. The 787 will be a new fleet type for Delta and complements an order for 100 Boeing 737-10 MAX aircraft.
Delta says the 787-10 will offer 25 better fuel efficiency per seat, more capacity and larger premium cabins compared with the previous generation widebody aircraft it will replace. It will feature more premium seats, including Delta One Suites, Delta Premium Select and Delta Comfort.
